If you would like to place an order with us for your bridesmaid dresses, all orders are placed directly through our website and full payment is required at the time of ordering. Depending on when your wedding date is and if measurements have been provided your order will either go straight into production or will be kept in our filing system until its time to confirm the all final details of your order 5 months before your wedding.

Our most commonly asked questions:

Q - I get married in 2025/2026/2027 can I use the discount? 

A - Yes, no matter your wedding date, as long as your wedding is April 2025 or onwards at the time of ordering you can place an order during this sale either with or without measurements. 

Q - Do I need to know my bridesmaids measurements when placing an order?

A - This depends on how far away your wedding is, if your wedding is in May 2025 or onwards you do not need to include measurements these can be taken at a later date (5 months before your wedding), if your wedding is within the next 5 months we will need your bridesmaids measurements when ordering

Q - How do I actually place my order to get this discount?

A - If you would like to place your order with us you will need order them through our website. You can select each design individually for each of your bridesmaids noting each of your bridesmaids names and filling out the details as per your circumstances and adding each dress to your basket ready to complete the order when you're ready to purchase your bridesmaid dresses.

Q - I  am confident I want to order with you but im not exactly sure on the styles I want to go for just yet, is there any way to utilise this discount and confirm my final choices at a later time? 

A - Yes, absolutely! The beauty of us being a made-to-order (from scratch) bridesmaid company is that we are able to allow for tweaks/changes after an order has been placed, right up to final measurements when everything is locked in. If you're pretty set - please feel free to place an order through for an estimated selection based on what you believe most to be what you will likely choose (even if its not) its better to order similar than worlds apart and when the time is right to measure up and finalise everything we can work out any price discrepancies which, if higher than the paid amount will be honoured at the 25% off when confirming, if lower you will receive a refund when your order is ready to be shipped.

Q - I know what styles I want to order but I am not quite sure on colour yet, is it possible to order my bridesmaid dresses without knowing my colour choice yet?

A - Yes, you can select HAVENT DECIDED YET on the colour choice and decide on your colour any time up until its time to put your dresses into production 5 months before your wedding date.

Q - Am I able to book an appointment to come in and confirm my Black Friday order

A - If you are local to our showroom and wish to visit with your bridesmaids to confirm the specifics of your order and to get your bridesmaids measured please book a Bridesmaid appointment (£20) around 5 months before your wedding. Please note that 1-1 bespoke consultations are EXCLUDED from our services available for sale order confirmations if you are ordering without being sure your final choices.

Q - I am not local to you so it is not feasible to visit your showroom with my bridesmaids am I able to send through their measurements 5 months before my wedding and if so how do I do this?

A - Yes of course, when the time is right please complete our measurement submission form through our website, you can refer to our PRODUCTION SCHEDULE to know when we need your bridesmaids measurements by. We are available to help if you have any questions or need any assistance further to our measuring guide.

All order numbers placed between 8pm on the 8th November 2024 - Midnight on the 30th November 2024 will be entered into a random number generator and one lucky bride to be will WIN their bridesmaid dresses for free, your order transaction will be completely refunded and your dresses mae.

If you are happy and wish to place an order with us you simply select the style you like for each individual bridesmaid on our website and fill in all of the information per your circumstances 

You can either:

 Fill in all of the information requested WITH measurements and confirmation of everything

OR

Fill in the form to the best of your knowledge WITHOUT measurement and final confirmation of your decision. If ordering this way you MUST select the style you believe to be/as close to what you believe the bridesmaid will choose. It doesn't have to be exact, but the closer the better for admin purposes.
