Bridesmaid appointments are an opportunity for any brides-to-be to visit our showroom and explore our bridesmaid dresses with your bridesmaids. An online booking is required to attend the showroom with your bridesmaid to ensure that we can offer our clients our valued and tailored shopping experience, we are not able to accept 'drop in's you MUST have a booking in place

If you are a bride-to-be we would be thrilled to welcome you and your bridesmaids to our showroom for a memorable experience with your closest ladies. Our showroom is full to the brim of our exclusive made to order designs ready and waiting for a session of dress up with your bridesmaids. Each bridesmaid appointment is 1hour 15minutes and your bridesmaids have full access to over 250 bridesmaid dresses in a size range of XS - XL.

We want you to try on everything that catches your eye and we are on hand to offer our expertise for your whole session whenever you need a helping hand. You will be pleasantly surprised with the amount of dresses your bridesmaids will have tried on within your session, and we hope that one, is the ONE! 

If you book an appointment between 18-20 weeks before your wedding you can utilise our free measuring service and have your bridesmaids measured during your appointment. If you book an appointment further than 20 weeks away from your wedding we can discuss the order process with you and when we would need your bridesmaids measurements. 

Unfortunately not no - due to the volume of visitors during previous open days where we allowed for brides to visit without an appointment we have decided to continue with our booking system for ALL services with us which include bridesmaid appointments. You must book an appointment, this is to ensure that we provide the best possible experience for all of our brides who visit us rather than feeling rushed or crowded or unable to try on exactly what you want - we pride ourselves in our very unique and personal service so by welcoming only 3 parties in the showroom per session and staggering the sessions so they aren't starting at the same time this will allow us to give you a tailored and dedicated shopping experience for you and your bridesmaids and allows you to browse freely, with access to everything while we are there specifically to help YOU

We require a £20 deposit to confirm your bridesmaid appointment at the time of booking, this is refundable within 7 working days after confirmed attendance of your appointment, if you fail to attend or cancel within 1 week we are unable to refund the deposit. It is our advise to book your appointment 5 months away from your wedding so that we can measure your bridesmaids during your session for free. Only 1 deposit per bride can be refunded, if you wish to book multiple appointments we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund a deposit after the first visit due to our limited availability you are required to pay for multiple bookings.
